No guarantee of accuracy: Vehicle recommendations are generated by an algorithm based on your survey responses and our vehicle database. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that recommendations will perfectly match your needs, preferences, or expectations.

Pricing: All vehicle prices displayed are estimated Base MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) before options, taxes, fees, and dealer adjustments. Actual pricing may vary by dealer, location, and availability. We are not responsible for pricing discrepancies.

Vehicle information: Vehicle specifications, features, packages, and availability are based on publicly available manufacturer data for the 2026 model year. Specifications may change without notice. Always verify details with the manufacturer or dealer before making a purchase decision.

Not professional advice: CarMatch does not provide financial, legal, or professional automotive advice. Our recommendations should be one factor among many in your car-buying decision.

5. Affiliate Relationships and Compensation

CarMatch may earn a commission when you visit manufacturer websites through our “Say Hi” or “Visit Again” links. These affiliate relationships do not influence our recommendation algorithm, which is based entirely on your survey responses and vehicle attributes. Our recommendations are independent and algorithm-led.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CarMatch — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, vehicle photos, software, and the recommendation algorithm — are the property of BakerStreet AI LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Vehicle names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective manufacturers. CarMatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

7. Vehicle Images

Vehicle profile images on CarMatch are AI-generated illustrations intended for entertainment and identification purposes. They may not exactly represent the actual appearance of the vehicles. Always refer to the manufacturer’s website for official vehicle images and specifications.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use CarMatch for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or other users’ accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from CarMatch
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our recommendation algorithm

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BakerStreet AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of CarMatch, including but not limited to:

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of CarMatch shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
